Thank you for shopping with Ink Spot India. We value your trust and want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase.
Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • A return request must be raised within 2 days of the delivery date.

  • Certain items like personalized, custom-made or clearance products are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped at no extra cost.

  • If you cancel an order after it has been shipped, the delivery/shipping charges will not be refunded. Only the product value will be refunded after the item is received back in original condition.

3. Return Process

  1. Email us at support@inkspotindia.com with your query.

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

  2. Our team will review your request and share return shipping instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • Shipping or delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable, including in the case of cancellation after shipping.

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider, then reach out to us at support@inkspotindia.com

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
