Thank you for shopping with Ink Spot India. Below are the details of our shipping process and terms.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or phone in case of significant delays.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Remote areas may take additional time for delivery.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, strikes, or courier issues beyond our control.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available only for specific pin codes and may carry an additional service charge (if applicable).

  • The courier may contact you before delivery. Please ensure you are available to receive the order.


5. International Shipping

  • Currently, Ink Spot India ships only within India.

  • For bulk or international orders, please contact support@inkspotindia.com for custom arrangements.


6. Damages or Lost Packages

  • Ink Spot India is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If your order arrives damaged:

    1. Please take clear photos of the damaged package and product.

    2. Email us at support@inkspotindia.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We will help you raise a claim with the courier company.


7. Order Cancellations After Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch at no extra cost.

  • If you cancel after your order has been shipped, the shipping/delivery charges will not be refunded.

  • Once the product is received back in its original condition, only the product cost will be refunded.


8. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please provide accurate and complete shipping details.

  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
